| Can't sync MotoQ Smartphone with Outlook 07 I keep getting error message (Code: 0x85010014 - Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop). I have installed latest WMDC and have tried all suggestions in this discussion group I can find, but still fails. I can find no Activesync files to remove. Any suggestions? Thanks      |

Vicious circle. There's a lot of discussion on this topic. Maybe someone has a new idea. Thanks again.
