| Syncing issues with HP IPAQ hw6945 and windows mobile 6 I am trying to sync my ipaq through windows mobile 6. I was able to then all of a sudden I started receiving sync errors. Wondows sync center was no help with just reporting that sync failed but gave now clues and could not fix. Looking at the knowledge base I found the support code 0x85010014. I contacted Symantec regarding the possibility of my antivirus being the issue (norton 360). They had me turn off my firewall and antivirus and still had the problem. Looking for a solution to the problem. I also get the following error when I put device in cradel "Sync. cannot be started because your are not able to log on to the network and access information. Restart your desktop computer and sync. again. If the problempersists contact your network adim." I am the network admin and have connectivity I am using vista home premium Mobile 6.0 office 2007 Any thoughts? -- John Garrett Technology Teacher Surprise Lake Middle School Fife School District |
